President S.R Nathan Visits West Spring

West Spring once again made history when His Excellency President S.R Nathan graced our school with a presidential school visit for the President's Challenge Charity Shoot 2008. The 29th August 2008 visit was organized in support of The New Paper's Be Yourself Day. The event was further highlighted with our students & teachers donning their sporting gear using the Singapore Youth Olympic 2010 theme. West Spring was in high spirits as students and teachers alike waved hundreds of Singapore flags cheering on the presidential entourage as it made its way to our air-conditioned shooting range. The President officially opened the President's Challenge by taking the first shot. And it was a bullseye no less! Enjoy the photojournal & share the experience of the event.
